No right of withdrawal for commercial customers (B2B)
Our offer is exclusively directed at entrepreneurs as defined by § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). For commercial customers, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. A withdrawal from the contract or a return of goods is only possible within the scope of the statutory warranty for defective or incorrectly delivered goods.
